Envy's creationAs a homunculus rose from its formerly human corpse, Hohenheim sighed at another failed attempt to resurrect his son. This time there was slight progress, but it wasn’t human. It was, in fact, a horrific monster of jealousy and malice: Envy. This homunculus could shape shift, able to take the form of anything it wanted. It looked in horror as its father, Hohenheim, packed up and left it there, a monster. Outraged, it took on the form entirely different from its creator.
